Metal Protection Program

The Metal Protection Program provides coverage for your custom metal card for 365 days from the date of purchase. It includes one replacement metal card of equal or lesser value for any reason. To be eligible, the plan must be purchased at the time of your original card conversion and applies only to the specific card it was bought for. To receive a replacement by mail, follow the instructions below.

2.) Send us the tracking number on Instagram and then we will begin collaborating your design idea.

3.) When your plastic card arrives, we will convert your plastic card to the metal card we designed together on Instagram.
