Metal Protection Program

The Metal Protection Program provides coverage for your custom metal card for 365 days from the date of purchase. It includes one replacement metal card of equal or lesser value for any reason. To be eligible, the plan must be purchased at the time of your original card conversion and applies only to the specific card it was bought for. To receive a replacement by mail, follow the instructions below.

1.) Take your plastic card and ship it to the address listed below.

2.) Send us the tracking number for your package on Instagram and then we will begin collaborating your design idea for your replacement card so everything is in one place.

3.) When your plastic card arrives, we will convert your plastic card to the metal card you advised us in our Instagram chat.

4.) An invoice will be sent to you for payment the day the card arrives.

Shipping and handling BACK TO YOU is $11.00 for Ground Advantage, $16 for Priority & $37 for Priority Express, $55.00 to Canada, and $65.00 for all other international shipping. An invoice will be sent for cost of shipping back to you.

5.) Turn-around time is ALWAYS within 24 hours of delivery.
