Metal Protection Program

The Metal Protection Program provides coverage for your custom metal card for 365 days from the date of purchase. It includes one replacement metal card of equal or lesser value for any reason—whether it's lost, stolen, damaged, or simply worn. To be eligible, the protection plan must be purchased at the time of your original card conversion and applies only to the specific card it was bought for. If you need to replace your metal card, simply follow the instructions below to begin your Metal Protection Insurance claim.

***YOU NEED TO ORDER A NEW PLASTIC CARD FROM YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION BEFORE BEGINNING***

1.) Send an email to us at: lasermycard@gmail.com or click the mail icon at the top of our page or in the drop down menu of your mobile device. In your email to us, please include a copy of your receipt showing proof of purchase of your metal card and your Metal Protection Program (It should all be in one receipt). If you no longer have your receipt, please provide us the full name and telephone number of the purchaser of the metal protection program.

2.) Take your newly issued plastic card and put it in a safe and secure bubble envelope and mail it to us with tracking to our secure PO BOX listed below. IF YOUR CARD IS ALREADY ACTIVATED PLEASE LOCK YOUR CARD WITH YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION BEFORE MAILING!

3.) Please email us a good contact number and the tracking number of your package that is on the way so we can keep a close eye on it. In the email with your tracking info, let us know which card you want to replace it with. Make sure to visit our online gallery or our Instagram page to get an idea of something you may like.

4.) When your plastic card arrives, we will convert your plastic card to the metal card you advised us via email in STEP THREE. Shipping and handling is as low as $9.00 for USA, $50.00 to Canada, and $65.00 for all other international shipping. Shipping is handled by USPS Ground Advantage Mail or Priority Mail International Service. You can opt-in for faster shipping for a higher fee. We will email you an invoice for your replacement card. You can pay using any method of your choice including Apple Pay.

5.) We will package your new metal card and plastic card and ship it back to you the same day of payment. Be sure to check your email for your tracking number.
