Metal Protection Program

The Metal Protection Program provides coverage for your custom metal card for either 1 replacement anytime in the first year or 2 replacements anytime in the first two years (of equal or lesser value) for any reason. To be eligible, the plan must be purchased at the time of conversion and applies only to the card converted. To receive a replacement by mail, follow the instructions below.

2.) Send us the tracking number on Instagram and then we will begin collaborating your design idea.

3.) When your plastic card arrives, we will convert your plastic card to the metal card we designed together on Instagram.
