You now have the option to mail in your plastic card for conversion. If you're a returning customer or visited us at Sawgrass Mills Mall and have decided you trust us enough to mail your card, this option is for you. Just follow the steps below to begin your mail-in metal card conversion process.

***IT IS BEST TO ORDER A NEW PLASTIC CARD FROM YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION BEFORE BEGINNING***

1.) Take your plastic card and put it in a safe and secure bubble envelope and mail it to us with tracking to our secure PO BOX listed below. IF YOUR CARD IS ALREADY ACTIVATED PLEASE LOCK YOUR CARD WITH YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION BEFORE MAILING!

2.) Please email us a good contact number and the tracking number of your package that is on the way so we can keep a close eye on it. In the email with your tracking info, let us know which card you want or send us the design you want us to engrave. Make sure to visit our online gallery or our Instagram page to get an idea of something you may like. Our email address is lasermycard@gmail.com

3.) When your plastic card arrives, we will convert your plastic card to the metal card you advised us via email in STEP TWO. Shipping and handling is $9.00 for USA, $40.00 for Canada, and $55.00 for all other international shipping. Shipping is handled by USPS Ground Advantage Mail or First-Class Package International Service. You can opt-in for faster shipping for a higher fee. We will email you an invoice for your replacement card. You can pay using any method of your choice including Apple Pay.

4.) We will package your new metal card and rendered useless plastic card and ship it back to you the same day of payment. Be sure to check your email for your tracking number.
